From the past

In this exhibition, Art Sohyang tried to find a new interpretation of the Korean thing.

Layered Colors - Artist Kwon Soon-ik's "Interstice", created by reflecting several layers of colors beneath the last color uploaded, reflects the reflection of Koreans on life. Black, whose depth is unknown to the artist Eunju Kim, has a constantly moving energy, like the wind of the Busan sea that constantly blows. The work of Lee Ji-sook, who interprets the "책가도(冊架圖)" that is unique to Korean traditional paintings in a modern way, seems to remind us that not only when the peonies are in full bloom, but also that there is no moment in life that is not brilliant.

Through this exhibition, I hope you spend time approaching Korean things philosophically and visually.
